Muay Thai

Experience the raw energy of a traditional Thailand training camp right here in Kota Damansara. Led by experienced Thai trainers, this class offers an authentic, high-cardio workout. It is structured to welcome everyone—from absolute beginners learning their first stance to advanced fighters getting ready for the ring. Morning classes are more fast and compact (1 hour), whereas evening classes are extended sessions with more technical focus (1.5 hours).

Boxing

Focus entirely on hands-only striking. This class strips away the kicks, knees, and elbows to focus purely on punching mechanics, head movement, footwork angles, and defensive guard work. It is an incredible upper-body workout that improves your hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and cardiovascular endurance. Boxing classes are held on every Tuesday and Thursday evenings only and are 1.5 hours long.

Strength & Conditioning

The perfect mix to your martial arts training. This class is designed to build a rock-solid core, pack on lean muscle, and increase your explosive power so you can move faster and hit harder on the mats. We mix functional weight training with high-intensity HIIT and circuit style workouts to push your physical limits and boost your recovery time.

We run dedicated Muay Thai classes for ages 6–12 every Saturday and Sunday morning. Let them build strength and confidence while you get a breather!

Muay Thai for Kids

Help your child build strength, discipline, and confidence in a safe, high-energy environment. Designed specifically for children aged 6 to 12, this class focuses on developing physical coordination, focus, and mutual respect. It is not about teaching kids to fight; it is about helping them grow active, resilient, and healthy while learning a real martial art from our patient and friendly Thai coaches. Our Muay Thai Kids Class take place every Saturday and Sunday mornings.
